PregNut is a public pregnancy nutrition information site operated by Yuriy Stasyuk. You can read its pages and search foods without creating an account.

Information you enter

The food search runs in your browser using the site's food list. A search submitted through the page may place the query in the page URL. PregNut has no purchase or account form on this site.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, PregNut receives the name (optional), email address, topic, and message you enter, plus the page you came from and an approximate country from Cloudflare. This is used only to read and reply to your message and to block spam. Messages are processed through Cloudflare, which runs the form, and are delivered to the publisher by email. A copy of each message is kept in the site's Cloudflare account for up to about three months so no message is lost. Your connection's IP address is used briefly, in hashed form, to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your message. Please don't include health details you would not want to share.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is optional. Its script loads only after you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner. Google Analytics can use a first-party _ga cookie and collect usage information such as page visits, approximate location, and browser or device details. If you reject optional cookies, the site does not load the Google Analytics script. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so you do not have to answer on every page. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. If you reject after previously accepting, reloading stops future analytics requests; it cannot undo data already sent.

Hosting and other services

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and may process standard request information, such as IP address and requested pages, to provide and secure that service. The site's fonts are served from PregNut. If you follow a link to an outside source, that site's own privacy practices apply.
