Pregnancy guidance
RecommendedWheat germ oil is recommended during pregnancy as an exceptionally rich source of natural vitamin E. It supplies concentrated alpha-tocopherol to support maternal tissue integrity, along with plant-based choline and polyunsaturated fats. Because heat degrades its sensitive micronutrients, wheat germ oil should never be used for cooking or frying. Stir a teaspoon cold into breakfast oatmeal, smoothies, or salad vinaigrettes.
