Pregnancy guidance
RecommendedSoybean oil is recommended during pregnancy as a wholesome source of polyunsaturated plant fats. It provides alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential plant-based omega-3 fatty acid, alongside dietary vitamin E. As the primary component of standard supermarket vegetable oil, it has a high smoke point suitable for all cooking methods. Use one to two tablespoons to roast sheet-pan vegetables and lean meats.
