Pregnancy guidance
RecommendedHigh-oleic safflower oil is recommended during pregnancy as a heart-healthy, neutral cooking fat. It is exceptionally high in monounsaturated oleic acid and vitamin E, giving it excellent resistance to thermal oxidation. Because it has almost no flavor, it works smoothly in homemade marinades, baked goods, and hot skillet dishes. Measure out a tablespoon to cook lean proteins and vegetables.
