Pregnancy guidance
RecommendedBlackstrap and cane molasses are recommended during pregnancy as a mineral-dense natural sweetener. Molasses supplies bioavailable non-heme iron, calcium, potassium, and vitamin B6 to support maternal hemoglobin levels. Because it is still a concentrated sugar source, keep portions to one or two tablespoons daily. Stir a tablespoon into warm morning oatmeal or baked beans for a rich nutritional lift.

How to read this
During pregnancy you need more of certain nutrients each day, like folate, iron and choline. Each bar shows how much of that daily amount 100 g of Molasses provides. 100% means 100 g alone covers the whole day; smaller numbers show its share. A ✓ marks 100% or more.
