Pregnancy guidance
Safe with precautionsLight blue cheese dressing is safe with precautions during pregnancy provided it is a commercial bottled product. It provides calcium and vitamin B12 from pasteurized dairy with significantly less saturated fat than full-fat dressing. Because it undergoes commercial pasteurization and acidification, it presents no danger of Listeria infection. Use two tablespoons to add bold flavor to grilled chicken salad.
